My approach to teaching brings on the students inner talents. This I feel enables my students to progress at a pace and style that suits them and helps to encourage individuality. I like my lessons to be creative and 'organic'. Obviously rudimentary studies are important in developing hand coordination and timing, but along with this it is important to see how these rudiments are applied to the playing of the drums in a practical sense. There is no practising for the sake of it or unnecessary homework!

My facilities include a professional standard acoustic kit soon to be accompanied by a Roland electronic kit to aid the teaching process. My house has a dedicated music room and facilities for studying drum DVDs/videos which are a great aid for inspiration and ideas.

Alternatively I can travel to you subsequent to additional travel expenses.
